$25 Donation Per Week
A $5 Contribution per week can provide 260 rides on public transportation to get someone to work, to school, a job interview, a doctor’s appointment or to the local DSS office.
A $5 Contribution per week will cover the cost of a day of workshops and trainings on elder abuse for professionals addressing the nature and dynamics of domestic violence and information on how to assist connecting a victim with a services.
A Contribution of $10 per week can provide emergency medication payments for people who may be underinsured, have lapse in coverage, or cannot afford the co-pay. Medications covered are life saving or life sustaining situations or certain emergency cases.
A Contribution of $10 per week will provide transportation for 25 elder abuse victims to court proceedings to secure and Order of Protection.
A Contribution of $25 per week can provide emergency housing for families with children.
